Consequently, SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. accepts no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any possible damage that the user may suffer as a result of surfing the Internet. SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation, installation or interruption of the web service during or prior to the provision of the same. It is the User's responsibility, in any case, to ensure the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes. SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the content of its websites, both in terms of the content of the websites and their conditions of use or general contracting conditions. Legal Actions, Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction.

The relationship between the user and SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. will be governed by current Spanish legislation and the courts of the judicial district of the town of VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ will be competent to decide on any controversy that may arise between the user and SECRET SPOT, S.L.U..

Reservation of Cookies.

SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. reserves the right to use cookies in the user's browsing of its websites to facilitate the personalisation and comfort of browsing. In accordance with the company's data protection policy, SECRET SPOT, S.L.U. informs that the cookies are associated with the anonymous user and their computer and do not provide the name or surname of the user.
